I just accepted an offer at another big4 and I feel so blessed to be making $130k in LOCL as a 23 year old with less than 1.25 YOE. And I find it funny that I'm gonna be "senior" consultant/associate at my age and YOE. I don't know jack shit, and will completely understand if my clients/senior peers don't give me any respect at all. Thank you covid and the great resignation for this wonderous and hilarious opportunity.

I gave a series of interview and submitted all documents on Accenture portal. Hr negotiated salary and confirmed on call. Now after all the efforts a different HR calls me back and reduced a major portion of CTC and said we can't offer more than this. Is this a negotiation gimmick? I told them right on the first day itself that if you can't give me my expected CTC let's not waste each other's time. Will they call back?
