Hello fishes, I got an offer from hcl with 21(20 fixed + 1 variable) for 13.9 years of experience. I see a lot of amount going to compensatory allowance, and it is mentioned in monthly components. food wallet and holidays allowense are also included in monthly components with basic and HRA. HCL folks please help me understand what will be my in hand salary. Will I be getting all of those allowances mentioned without deducting anything? I have no idea about compensatory allowense HCL Technologies

I got an offer from TCS of 8.13LPA for 4 yoe in automotive domain and accepted that offer. but my salary was revised from 6.2 to 7.74 LPA in appraisal at my current company, now if I compare it with tcs it is I am getting less than 10% raise in tcs . How should I approach to HR in tcs regarding this issue.

PS. I still need to put my paper. And first time switching company.

I used to be a big fan of Jetblue(nyc based), but lately I feel like the airline is just as bad as the low cost ones. Old aircrafts, canceled and delayed flights. I can see why it’s important for JetBlue to have this merger for their relevance in this field.
