I am of counsel at a firm where I can set my own rate and keep a percentage of collections, which varies slightly depending on whether the client is one I generated or not. Do you all feel that the Health Insurance choice is actually all the same? The coverage is absolutely copy and paste for Bronze to Platinum and the deductible/copay is very similar.
I just don’t understand why we have the illusion of “choice” if the offer is the same and it is really bad (in our case).
Going from $61 per paycheck for 2.5k deductible 75% copay to $500+ per paycheck with 500 deductible 85% copay.

Has anyone went for offer letter revision in mindtree recently? I have offer of 12 lpa. Got the offer of 15 lpa from another company. How much I ask from them? What are the chances of getting it revised

I asked mindtree to revise my compensation by informing of the counter offer and surprising they provided me the CTC i requested without asking for proof of counter offer. Is this something skeptical ?

How to ask a company for counter offer (means how to sentence it correctly)?

I do have multiple offers and want to match the maximum amount with the company that I want to join.
