I have an offer from HCL Tech IOMC for E2 band Senior Specialist 14LPA (Bengaluru). Can someone help me understand the offer break up. What would be in-hand what would be the deductions. Is there a scope of better structured break up. I don't know if the car lease scheme is for me. Can I ask for corporate NPS?
What are bright hours allowance, advanced monthly performance bonus, compensatory allowances?
Do they vary every month? Or are they fixed?

Any advise is welcome.

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Was just told that there is likely not going to be a chance for a raise during my upcoming performance review due to my salary already being “above average for the industry” based on my employer’s questionable research.
