I was interviewed at Accenture and have cleared all the rounds. Got a call from HR asking me for the details and expected CTC. I also uploaded all the documents as advised. I could still see the status in Documents upload for past 1 month. Could someone help on this.

I have my partner interview at Deloitte USI scheduled. I have 2 YOE. What type of questions should I expect and what would be the difficulty level of the interview?

Cognizant - 18.7LPA (18Fixed +0. 7 variable)
TCS + 19.5LPA (including fixed , variable and retention bonus)

Wipro - 20LPa ( including fixed and variable)

Recently I was taking interview for a candidate, I was asking him questions on Binary Tree/Linked lists etc.. He couldn't answer any, And on top of that he argued "we don't need data structures and algorithms since frameworks/Libraries are already there". So just a message young engineers out there. These technologies/Frameworks are written with the knowledge of DSA. Even non-technical people will be able to use them provided with proper training. So don't forget the engineering roots ever....

When I joined fish bowl 4 months ago I had no intension to switch , after following the discussions here I made up my mind and started applying and now today I was successful to get an offer from 1 of the big4 with almost 150% hike from my current CTC.

Thank you all fishes for the insights provided here , it definately motivates someone like me to go beyond horizon and find out the true market value for the potential that we posses!

I need your advice, my ctc is 24l and got an offer from IBM for 28l which is fixed, in Deloitte 10% is the varaiable as well asin IBM 12.5 on top of fixed 28l. Please suggest can i take offer from IBM or not.
