I received a job offer from company A and am currently negotiating salary. I have an interview with company B next week and know that they offer a higher base pay. I joined amazon a year ago , I got termination from my previous company due to covid crisis, while at that time I received only 2.8LPA as a B.Tech fresher . Hello fishes, Wipro hr is not responding to my calls and mails as i have received LOI march 27 and gave joining date on april 27 till now they didnt sent me offer letter. So, when can i expect the offer letter from them.

I have cleared interview with Wipro a month ago and after 15 days I received a simple mail from HR saying you are selected.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

What should I do now?
