My joining date at TCS is scheduled for August 26th, but I've requested a change to September 4th. I've sent follow-up emails to both my recruiter and hiring manager regarding this. However, I’ve already received a welcome email for the August 26th start date, and the TCS I begin portal hasn’t been updated with the new date yet. What should I do? Has anyone else experienced a similar situation, please advise?

Can I give notice by email? Or is it truly preferred to call the partners directly? What if they don’t pick up?

However I still have not received confirmation on your salary yet. This will take some time. Will respond back to you as and when there is an update pls. Ibegin status -Evaluation is in progress. Please suggest if this is normal practice for TCS ? Will they proceed further? Tata Consultancy Accenture

I was told I will get HR call.Then on 11th sept i got onboarding email to submit documents and the next day all the documents got verified but since then I didn't get any update and it has been more than two weeks.Ibegin portal shows evaluation in progress. Any idea if they will be sending an offer?

How many days after uploading the docs the status changes to Verified?

Hi Fishes, Had salary discussion today with TCS HR but he stated that he would seek approval and approval takes 8 days for my expected CTC and for the designation, so is there any hope that they will offer or it's a waste of time waiting for them
