Anyone used aura at pwc? What's the cool factor of it? Just curious how it's better than the "filing cabinet" type software we have.

I’m super happy and excited to exit out of consulting job.
I met all the check marks every appraisal cycle but still I was given the same reason every year. Need book of business or sales experience. Finally, I’m out of that cycle. I’m joining one of the FAANG!

I work 2 part-time jobs. I just requested a pay raise at my ABA job which they approved on by 10%. My other job is in Mental Health has a flat rate with no chance to request a raise, turns out I'm not required to work the full 20hrs/Week meaning that when there's no work to complete I won't be getting paid. My wife recently put in her two weeks and half the people she worked with are just ignoring her messages. They asked to work longer but bc of her new company she cant. Shes moving for about 60% more pay from external audit to senior accounting. Shes extremely sad and im confused why these firms are so uptight about this. She is giving them an additional 4 days which she wanted to use on vacation. Did she do something wrong?

I pity those who revel in the "accomplishment" of have 100+ YTD utilization. Y'all got suckered by the firm.
