I wanted to know how's the job security in TATA Communications. Do they lay off people if a project gets ramped down. Or they move people to another project.

I got an offer for senior Salesforce associate for support project. The skill set mentioned was LWC, apex and configuration. Wanted to understand how the work will be for Salesforce support in PWC.

Are folks getting RFE on H1 transfer to Big4? My question is specifically because initially your office location is the only one mentioned coz you don’t know what client you will be assigned?

How often are you full time on a semi traveling project, and your pml pulls you into his side projects without any billable hours 😑 so dang unethical! side stuff is in addition to your 100% project

When you’ve put in a lot of hard-work as a developer on a great project and received the best performance award but compensation has been same since Day 1…and have completed 2 years in the company. Furthermore no signs of compensation going up…Is it the best time to leave or stay? Additionally too many management changes have taken place that everything feels out of place.

Is there an appropriate way to turn down an assignment because it is non-billable? Two of the partners I work for keep asking me to write client bulletins and articles with them, which is great, but now I’m starting to worry about meeting my billable hours requirement.

Are consultants only seemingly more capable (at times) because we dedicate all our client-facing time on a single project vs. juggling multiple projects? Why do people write 30 page memos the client will never read? Keep it short. And INCLUDE AN EXECUTIVE SUMMARY. I think a short, concise memo that will get the client to hire us again is better than..
