Project Description: We currently have 27 projects and15 project managers. Most of our project managers manage 1-3 projects. We are looking for experienced project managers who can manage various types of projects that include both technical resources (on & off-shore) and business resources.
Prior experience with package implementations, SaaS, system integrations, legacy retirement, Cloud, Duck Creek, D365, etc.
Bowl Leader
Strong preference for prior property and casualty insurance experience (policy admin, claims, financial systems, etc.).
Planview, Microsoft Project, Azure Dev Ops, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams are the tools that we utilize.
Highly matrixed, fast moving environment. Looking for leaders with a bias for action, that can influence without authority. These are not simply administrator roles.
Technical and business acumen and communication skills are critical.

Required working experience & education:
* A bachelor’s degree
* A minimum of 10 years work experience in a large complex company
* A minimum of 5 years in a similar role
* Recent experience in the insurance industry (preferably property & casualty) in an IT function
Nice to haves:
PMP, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, Scaled Agile Framework
