Ive worked as a Project Coordinator and YOE is 3.5 years. Im looking to get into tech and grow as a IT Project Manager. Im technically sound and can grasp things quickly, but the issue being i dont have much to show in IT as i work for a creative agency and primarily handled marketing and media projects. I want to shift to tech, Can you help me out on what skills i may need to focus on? Im on notice at the moment, will be out on Dec 31st.

Im looking at Associate PM Roles.

Fishes, any suggestions as to how to move into the VC role with a non-finance background (PS - exp. of working in founders office of a startup, management consulting in past and do understand corp. finance, financial statement analysis etc.)
