How much should it take to solve the problem below?

Input : "I love my india"
If the first character of word is vowel then append a , else reverse the word.

Output : "Ia evol ym indiaa"

It took 10 min for me, to get the result partially.
I believe, if i have 5 more min then i could solved it.

I'm working in the US under H1B, I got a chance to face an interview for another company. My current company started the PERM application also and results will be out within the next 3 months. Is it okay to transfer my H1B to a new company? Can my H1B transfer be denied? How long will my green card application delay if I move to a new company and start to apply for a green card from scratch?

An offer HSBC is in pipeline ( 28 fixed as per Recruitment consultant). Position offered is Senior consultant specialist.
However I know that there is scope of pushing the offer till 36. Any inputs on getting the offer to desired figure would be helpful.

I’m interviewing for a marketing manager role at a company based in SF. I’m genuinely excited about the role and the company but we’ve yet to discuss salary. I expect to be asked at some point, but my research has given me a VERY broad range. So I’m here to do a bit more research. I’ve been verbally offered a position at a new company, but the recruiter insists on getting a verbal acceptance before sending the offer in writing. This person insists on negotiating salary before sending the paperwork. Generic benefits, RSUs, bonus info have been provided; it’s all unofficial.

This is absurd. Am I missing some “new way” of doing things? Your take?

Worked for 2 companies for 6 months-is it worth it to write that it was freelance on the resume even though it wasn’t. I don’t like lying on a resume-bad way to start a job.

Got a GRE score of 320 (162V 158Q). Did my masters from A&M (full scholarship, 3.8 GPA, journal publications.
