Hello folks, I received an offer from Ibm bangalore and completed the background verification forms etc. The HR team is asking me for the bank account statements for salary I received during my first company which was a startup. It was a very small scale company and I used to receive my salary in cash with no tax and pf deductions. I have already resigned from my current company. I am worried abt the background verification outcome. Anyone had a similar experience? Suggestions
