I have 4 years of work experience - java developer

I have my joining in GS in 15 days however I got an offer some days back from Wells Fargo.

I want to join GS but I am not sure how to approach them for a revision of salary( At least by another 10-15 %) I feel the moment I reach out they may cancel my offer.

Does GS do revision of offer based on other offers?

Current pay - 10 lpa fix
Gs offer - 14.5 lpa fix + undisclosed bonus
Well Fargo offer - 20 lpa fix

Is it true for Assoc 602 level who hasn't completed one year, can't have S. My managers(functional and local) gave this reason for my OOO?

Some even do “night time reading” to catch up on the recent laws. I, on the other hand, cannot wrap my head around it most of the time and would rather not waste energy doing it. Is it just me?
