I have received an offer from Accenture for Application Development Senior Analyst Management Level 10, Pune

The Annual fixed component is 9 LPA and with Annual performance bonus it can go till 10.89 LPA

Is it a good offer?

I believe should get more, how should I reach out to the HR asking to increase the compensation?

I am expecting 12 LPA minimum

Please guide here, it would be highly appreciated

I applied for UBS for Selenium Java QA profile and they have sent a hackerearth test. Can somebody share what the test-level is like ?
The test has 2 questions and 135 mins duration, will it be Java focused or can it have Selenium as well ?

There are many people who can see doj in "offer and day 1" section in iBegin portal (even those who have doj in July).
But I cannot see..
