Can any one tell me how many days does it take to get offer letter from IBM ? after submitting the latest compensation letter and payslips and also discussion with HR about compensation on same day about the expected figure.

Note: HR said, he will get back to me tomorrow with the required approvals.

Hi fishes, I have recently attended an interview with Accenture India Accenture couple of days back and can see the candidature status is on hold after my 1st round of interview. Does this mean that they are waiting for others to complete their interview or am I rejected? If not ,how many days they tak appxm to make a decision. I have been working with Walmart for the past 14 months and have recently got an offer from Blackrock for 45 LPA.
Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.

I forgot to take my relieving letter from him.
