Hi
Anyone facing this issue?

Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

I can say MAIP got me into advertising and into the agency I'm in. Doing One Club Bootcamps helped me see what advertising was about.
I think mentoring is important to get more poc into ad agencies.
I studied at a predominantly white institution where I constantly felt out of place, especially in my major. I was always hearing about my white peers landing internships with agencies because of relatives/ connections. I was grateful for MAIP and MPMS which granted me exposure to the agency world and a community of poc students like myself. I would suggest partnering with similar programs that cater to fostering/ mentoring poc talent.
Thanks for the feedback!
