Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.

What are interview questions for DevOps Engineer Profile in Amdocs?

This is a recent incident happened to me, was interviewed for tcs, salary discussion happened on 12th March and was told to wait for final approval and was told that offer letter would be rolled out in 2 weeks. Hr did not negotiate on the CTC either. After waiting for a month i tried reaching HR they did not respond. After multiple emails they simply say that they cannot move forward due to high deviations. Guys is this normal in TCS that even after final CTC discussions ,candidates get rejectd.

Currently I had interview with Capgemini . All rounds were good . I think I have answered all the questions correctly . It seems hiring manager is also interested. Now it has been 4 days , I didn't get any response .

1.Interviewer didn't ask any technical questions. I had only one interview.
2. Evening itself I got call that i was selected and ready to discuss salary.

I’ve been promoted with a title but not the responsibilities. I’m job searching and am primarily looking at postings that don’t include my promoted title — I’m not sure how to professionally articulate in an interview why I would be willing to take a “step down”. General Question I started tuition reimbursement last year in August. I since have an interview with another job that is paying a lot more. You know how you apply to something not really thinking that job would call back? Should I get an offer, what do I do about tuition Reimbursement? Do they send a check and tell me to pay it? Do they take it out of my 401k? I know a lot of people will say I never shouldve applied but I didn't think too much about actually get a call back when I applied.

Shall learn new courses like AWS... its totally different from my experience I am not sure it will help to my career.
