Hello guys, I'm an appian developer with around 2.2 years of experience, L1 certified.
I started looking for opportunities out, then pwc picked my resume and started completing my process.
I have completed 2 technical rounds oustandingly.
Then comes HR round, they just came explained everything about PWC and its policies etc. Now they asked me 12 lpa, which is significantly around 100-110% of my current salary. They simply ghosted me they would only give 9lpa and it's fixed, how to tackle this?

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.

Is genetic carrier screening prior to starting an ivf cycle necessary? I tested and found some disorders. Now my RE won’t start my cycle until my partner is tested. They are saying they will have to do special PGT tests if we are carriers of the same disorder. I am confused. I thought this type of testing was optional and usually recommended if you are using a donor. My guess is that they are booked and pushing me to the Jan cycle. Thoughts?

YoE 12.5, cctc 10.5 and holding offers till 23.5 fixed and few more in pipeline, expecting till 27 with 40 days left in np.
