Hello guys the last two months ago I had bad nose bleeding repeatedly.Even if when I work in it was bleeding.Due to that I already emailed to my supervisor,human resources and my HR.But I can not even go and talk them in the case of it.When they ask to apply ADP,they reject my emergency health case.There for i want to my country and take cultureal treatment and Holly water. Now I feel better and better.I am good.But I leave my job for two months without managements approval.So what shall I do?

If I understand correctly, you had chronic nose bleeds that your HR did not recognize as an emergency health issue. You then took it upon yourself to leave your job without approval for two months of treatment in your home country. Now you want to go back to work. Were you paid during your absence? Did you get any mail or email messages from your employer? Did you go to a medical provider or ENT specialist for treatment before leaving the country? I cannot speak for your agency, but if you were in my department you would walk into the office and someone else would be sitting at what used to be your desk. What can you do? Call your manager, explain what you did and why you felt it was necessary for your wellbeing, apologize profusely for any problems your action caused and ask them to give you another chance so you can show them how valuable you are to them. I was told yesterday that I would be fired before our midterm evaluation which is in two weeks but it is out of retaliation I went to EEO and every since then my supervisor has had her feet on my neck there is no one to talk to about it every since I moved here in this red state I have been doomed.
