A quick summary -
A short, bald, and narcissistic Lebanese guy who led their public sector played with the fire, turned most of the Partners in the firm against him, and ended up burning himself. He shopped around and all firms but FTI were majorly turned off by his arrogant attitude and demands and rejected him. A couple of dozens followed him to FTI, convinced that they will help FTI disrupt the market and become a major consulting player of significance in the Middle East. This has turned out to be a pipedream and many are regretting the move. This event took place at the end of 2022 and they still have not moved on. He sadly thinks his getting fired was then Managing Partner's doing when in fact it was him inflicting this pain and suffering on himself.
I have not heard a single person among his seniors, peers and juniors who went to school with him, worked alongside him speak positively about the guy, so it should tell you something about him as an individual.

C6 you are either deflecting facts or you really don’t know.
Yes supply and procurement. These are the most critical elements of any firm. Literally make it or break it.
And legacy wise this is the same firm that started from the same office as McK
Again K > FTI anywhere anytime
This is old news but here’s the inside scoop. FTI Public Sector lead did a lot of shady stuff while at Kearney that got flagged and documented over time. Was warned but didn’t change. He got fired as a result. Was quite a charismatic leader for the pyramid he built so these guys upped and left. There was bitterness there that somehow continues.
Kearney PS lead got fired and went to FTI. His team followed and been whining about K ever since. Not much noise from K towards FTI - always the other way around.
Literally
At FTI here. I don’t think anyone cares about this anymore… just move on
The public sector team of FTI was all with Kearney and left quite abruptly ~2 years ago

Search bar ;)
Search bar on FB is quite bad tbh, rarely shows what I’m actually looking for
Clearly you have nothing better to do, go make your slides
The guy is bald that I agree with you. He’s also bold. Not short, but definitely special. You want to call him narcissistic, but he s the most lucid leader I worked with and is loved by all those who know him. He is the most loyal and fair leader I worked with. I understand how people can be jealous. This guy single handedly destroyed Kearney and built FTI from scratch. He had also built Kearney before from a tiny shop to no3. Some minds cannot digest this. Know your stuff and stop living in illusions and spreading misinformation. Have mercy on the more that 400s that have been slaughtered over the last 2 years in K. The MD of K in the region who owes everything to this guy, was so afraid of his ascent and the global senior leftovers of the K MBO wanted to redirect even bigger shares of the guy’s team profit to fund a luxurious retirement. It was coming to a head in any case. Not true that partners did not like him. Most of them wished he stayed but afraid to talk. Their bonuses have been cut by 2/3. The unethical MD thought that he can outsmart him and get rid of him, in a surprise move, not knowing that the bald guy had premeditated every single move. He dismantled Kearney and built FTI at light speed. Why do I believe him? Because he told me all this before it happened 😂. It was before the clash in K happened. He predicted all this with unbelievable accuracy. Dozens of his people heard this and followed him. To date, more than 50 top performerming people left K to FTI and from many practices, not just PS. Many more asked or are asking to move, but only top people get hired. As of today FTI became bigger than K in just 2.5y. Ask any competitor and they’ll tell you they are watching out FTI and K fell into irrelevance. Do the projections of what will happen in the next few years. You’re gonna have fun. The fact that one Lebanese guy and our multi national team command such power in the market and outsmarted many industry leaders, is not sinking well in some minds. It’s ok. They all tried to poach from our team as they cannot tolerate such a powerful pyramid. They failed. Keep on whining.
One last thought, on a day where Kearney collapsed, why are you so focused on FTI and him? Work to save your firm. But us, although not nice to say it, we are having a nice final laugh 😀 now back to oblivion
