Hello, I am currently a RA Consultant for a Big 4 in Europe. I am only 10 months here, the work and the culture is great I have no complaints but I have spend a good amount of time without a project, we don't have projects in general it's not just me, I hate not doing anything and I feel like I want to work but I'm not given the opportunity.

I want to move preferably in London, however, timing is probably not good due to lay offs. Any advice??

How many billable hours per week is considered at capacity? I’m getting pushback on boundaries I’m setting about additional matters and marketing work from my firm when I’ve been billing 60-75 hours per week for the last 6 weeks, and I’m still behind on my work. I feel like it’s reasonable to not kill myself further to fit in more/turn things around faster at this point, but am I being unreasonable? I expect my workload to remain at this level through the end of the year at least.

Why if you are on H1B is so much problematic for vendors looking for contractors ? Vendors keep on asking to join on W2 rather that Corp to Corp although for employees on H1B we cannot join on W2 due to immigration issues. Point being does it matter for end client , if the contractor is coming as W2 or not ?
