Can someone please take a look at my resume

Hey fishes,
I have given the interview in Hexaware and later on I got the email to fill the CAF form which is also done. Nos it's been 20 days and no call, no e-mail at all! I can see the status as offet pending.
I am on notice period and I have only 1 month remaining.
Is it like, hexaware will release the offer at the end time or something! Because I'm eagerly waiting for the offer as I don't have much time now!

Hello All, I have offer in hand of 27.5 LPA+15% variable from ZS Associates as a BT Solutions delivery consultant and now my current company is ready to retain me by matching the offer & assuring that they will send me onsite to UK in couple of months. Now I am in a dilemma of what to do as I have been looking for onsite opportunities for my entire career so far. Kindly share your thoughts. I think you might be better off catering your resume accordingly. Don’t have the same resume for R&D job applications as you have for automotive manufacturing. I am lined up for my first R&D job because I also put relevant fluids and thermo projects that I did in college before my experiences section which caught the eye of a soon to be manager. Unfortunately the job market is not the easiest these days so consistency is key. Hope this helped a little
Thanks for your response. Can you tell me if I should put my projects on thermo-fluids, control engineering and aerodynamics projects before my experiences?
I have reviewed quite a few fresh grad resume for entry level mechanical design position. When I read resumes, I look for skills and knowledge. Please (FGS) don’t ever put MS-Office as a skillset. Everyone knows MS-Office. It’s ok to put what you did on your senior projects, but included what you learned while you were doing the project, especially things that you had to teach yourself. When conducting interviews, I drill on the skillsets that candidates wrote on their resumes.
Thanks for the suggestion.
