Any Spotify people here? Noticed there’s an AM role going at the moment in the UK but not sure what experience level it is. For reference I’ve got 6 years in ad sales experience with 3 years management (both in music industry). Would this be comfortable or is it worth holding out for AD?

Around 34-35k will be your yearly salary which is really low. And as per current scenario it’d not be a wise decision to go UK.
Really depends on ur age professional skills and committments. After a while you can even work in contract jobs with huge daily rate...I was in UK for a year 2010-11 but didn't capitalise on my opportunity. It's still hurting me. If u are in age where u can take risks you must take those risks.
It's really low. Unless you really want to experience life outside of India, there is no reason to accept it.
Yeah, that's my thought was too. It feels like a downgrade from financial pov.
which company?
For which profile?
It is really low, at least 55k should be your onsite pay.
Yeah.. It looks like that unfortunately. Had a quick discussion with people who are already working UK onsite and they say this is the norm.

What type Visa have you been offered?? Skilled Worker Visa or Global Mobility??

Rightly said. ICT aka Global Mobility visa has limitations and one need to come back to India. However,Skilled Worker Visa allows job change.
So, please confirm with your employer once and go ahead with worth taking risk in case it’s SWV.

45k is bad for London.
For other cities, might be manageable but you need to estimate it.
