Hello, I have received an offer from EY GDS in the transformation design and excellence (TD&E) team. Does anyone know what kind of work is done in this practice? It seems more like a PMO team with scrum masters and project management professionals and less like management/strategy consulting practice. Is there client facing exposure in this team?

Hello! I’m currently a Administrative assistant now working at a major medical system in Baltimore. I’ve previously worked for 10 years as a medical assistant in a variety of specialties and primary care. Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit stuck as to my next step. Hi Everyone. I completed my 1 year in EY in October 2022. And in my profile, they have updated it to Senior Analyst now. But that was a progression that happens every year and I have not received the incremented salary.

Now that they are giving increments to everyone, will I receive both progression and increment or my progression will be counted as increment.
