Hello, I need an outside perspective: is this because leadership is monitoring me or my counterpart (towards a pip)? Or I’m overthinking this?

I’m a manager and I wanted to share an idea with a counterpart (Jane) that isn’t a manager but reports to my boss’s boss (Jennifer). But in many ways we (Jane and I) are the same level.

So I email Jane the idea. Later, Jennifer tells me that I need to CC [Jennifer] on any emails to Jane so that she is in the know.

Hi Fishes.. 6 yoe in SAP SD, i got 2 offers one from Wipro14 lpa role tech lead and other from Infosys for 16lpa role consultant.. i feel in Wipro the role is good but package is very less and in Infosys the role less for my experience and package can also be revised.. what can i do.. need your valuable inputs if i can negotiate with anyone of the company or which i can choose.. Hi ! I have gotten an offer via email for what I believe is level 9 data visualization specialist in the dc area. I have a masters and 3.5 years of consulting experience. I’ve gotten an initial offer and trying to get some context on what the range is for this and whether I should push for more or accept. It is 5,000 above what I said my minimum was, but is significantly more than my current salary. Thanks for any input :)
