One of TOP MNC (CHUBB) offered me 18 lpa . I got counter offer of 28 lpa from CGI .
Today I called that TOP MNC (CHUBB) same. They asked me to share screenshot - I shared . Now they are asking complete offer letter of CGI but I denied as I feel this is not right to share docs.

Kindly share your views.

Is there a way to identify duplicate URLs within labeled hyperlinks on multiple columns/rows/cells?

I was thinking conditional format, but it’s identifying duplicate labels. I have over 80,000 cells, so extracting URLs manually isn’t going to work for me.

I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. I technically can make bonuses but I’m not supposed to dig into a sale and I have to send it to a sales rep (I am service and retention mostly). Case load= malpractice? Small plaintiff’s firm of 25 attorneys. I was a 2 year associate hired and given 50 active files in pre litigation status. 9 mos later a partner quit and I inherited 45 more. I got up to 105 files. Now I hover at 85 active files in varying stages of pre lit. I asked managing partner for help and was told to settle more claims to lessen my load.
