What is average year on year hike in Adobe?

Does Brillio Pays the variable full? I understand it's company and individual performance linked.. but generally in Deloitte even the average performance get it full or even above that.. or is it more like Indian IT companies where they will pay only half ..

I have got Pre hire survey 10 days back from D (requesting for payslip upload and CTC sheet upload) but I haven't heard back anything after that from them. I have a joining into accenture in next 10 days.

Am I being still considered by D (if not I will atleast join acc) , if so how long it will it take from Pre hire survey to offer release usually in D (for consultant position ) ??

My YOE is 4 years. Pls guide me folks....

It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched. After listening to the Mike Saylor podcast with Lex Friedman, it made me reconsider my notions I had about BTC layer 2. IMO ETH has thoroughly eaten BTC’s lunch from a development/dapp perspective. I’m 50/50 allocated in both because as Mike says BTC is durable digital property while I see ETH as the platform for application functionality. Would be interested to hear other’s takes. At the core of it, I’m not sure myself and others will ever want to spend BTC, even if fees were negligible.
