Our speciality pharmacy provided (Accredo) is so inept I’m repeatedly missing doses of my medication and routinely spending over an hour on the phone during work hours arguing with them. I work at a small company (40 people) and our insurance is blue cross Illinois (who contracts with Accredo for specialty pharmacy). Is there any way I could convince them to switch specialty pharmacy providers? Who would I even talk to?

I know that I'm extremely lucky to have landed a role during shutdown, but lately my motivation has taken a hit. My entire team of two people is new, and it's definitely been odd to onboard remotely. Things are not as fast paced or as exciting as agency side, but I have also been dragging out tasks due to procrastination and just feeling lost. How can I do better?

Anything in finance more challenging/less box-checking? People have recommended public but I’m not interested in audit/tax or travel.

I have passed the CFA level 2 exam and was wondering if I have to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) as most of the job postings here mention about it. I saw that if someone passes at least the CFA level 1 exam then the requirement of CSC is exempted. Can anyone enlighten me about this? A friend shared that they were offered a position for a role that was suppose to be remote however when the offer was extended, the company asked informed that the position had changed to hybrid.
