I’m a certified Health Coach (my training/courses are CCE-accredited by the International Coach Federation) w/ a BS in Psychology. I got a temp to hire starting at $18/hr. It is my first professional health coach job & they did not require temps to have a coaching certification, but I have one. I’d like to know if temps could negotiate salary when given the job offer. I’m an experienced candidate who recently got an interview at BCG. Assume I’m not successful and I were to go for a one-year MBA starting in the fall, will I get an interview even if I don’t do the GMAT? I heard MBBs like the GMAT for MBA candidates, but if I can get the interview without the MBA, will the gmat make a difference while I’m in the MBA?
