Hello! I’m interested in applying for an MBA in the US, top 15 to 30 schools. A bit of background: coming from unrepresentative country, moved to the UK when I was 19 for university. First generation in my family to go to uni and worked 30 hours a week during uni to pay for it. GPA 4.0, spend nearly 8 years in big 4 (tax and then moved into m&a advisory). Now working at a high growth startup (unicorn), helping the CFOs with finance projects. Given my age of 32, is MBA full-time possible?

I think you can easily get into top 15-30 assuming your GMAT score is above 615. If your GMAT score is above 655, you should apply to top 10. American schools favor younger candidates, but since you are an international student they will be little lenient on that. But if you are already at a Director Level at Big 4, may be MBA won't help you. Try Executive MBA at that point.

Hi All,
I am graduating with my MBA in December. I have 1 year experience as an internal business consultant, 3 years experience as a team manager with project management responsibilities and a background in Account Management and Sales prior to all that. I have been on the job hunt for months and haven’t been able to snag a single interview. I’m starting to feel pretty worthless. Does anyone have any suggestions for jobs or companies that may be interested in this type of experience?

Hi, I'm a recent MBA grad with over 20 yoe at a mgmt. consulting firm in St. Louis. I've worked primarily in surveys, project mgmt., and quality. Any recs. for a good co. either in STL or remote? I really need to find a more challenging and lucrative role. Thanks!

Have worked in both banking and consulting, but still looking for a combination of things:
1. Something that’s less quantitative / producing and checking numbers constantly
2. Managerial and people-focused - not just an IC role
3. Ideally remote with some kind of international flavor

2 years post-MBA, 9 total YoE, incl. MBA

Any suggestions?
