Have you also taken a pregnancy test? These are also symptoms of pregnancy. Otherwise, seek a second opinion with another doctor. I hope you’re able to figure out what’s going on with you and begin to feel well again.
I am not active, so definitely not pregnant.
Thank you for your comment and help!
I have PCOS. I believe my symptoms are more mild but I was diagnosed after an ultrasound and a cyst popped. I take ovasitol now to balance my hormones. An OB can diagnose you with PCOS.
Are you in consulting rn? You could have high cortisol levels. How’s your diet and exercise? I would just go to my OB or message to ask for an ultrasound or blood work - the blood work is cheaper and they can see if you have insulin resistance, it can also test your thyroid levels. To be diagnosed with PCOS you only need 2-3 indicators, mine were cysts on the ovary and irregular periods.
I’m fine. I have never really felt any symptoms, I’m not overweight, etc. Exercising can actually help energy levels. It’s hard to get there but it can induce a serotonin release which can help. You can start with a 30 min walk then maybe the next day it’s 30 min @ the gym. You just need 150 min of exercise/ week.
For your diet, consider talking to a nutritionist.
