Resume is professional, decent tenure, I use cover letters and I send my amazing letter of recommendation to every hiring manager I can find Advice please? I am on close to 2k submissions on my resume and have come in “second” 4 times. Ideas? I cannot afford a coach, we are about to lose our home. temp, contract, anything helps!

I started interviewing early Oct with a company that reached out via recruiter. The hiring manager was very straight forward with me that I was his top candidate and I was told all other interviews were very positive incl CMO. The recruiter said they'd be making an offer but it's now been three weeks. Anyone else had the process drag on like this? Meanwhile I'm taking other interviews and was offered a promotion at current company, but was very interested in this one. What would you do?
