Does it matter if you use the same examples for behavioral questions for first and second round interviews?

Any bi males here who have struggled with “being taken seriously” by both the hetero & LGBTQ+ community? In the process of interviewing for a new company and feeling the familiar anxiety around coming out at work creeping up.

I’m a newly graduate from a community college. My program of study was Health Information Technician. I passed my RHIT exam a month ago, and I’ve been applying to jobs in state, out of state, and remotely to only receive “sorry you were not selected email.”I don’t have experience and I know that’s the reason I’m not getting selected. I’ve applied for receptionist, medical biller/coordinator, and medical clerk. Even with inflation willing to work for minimum wage or less just to gain experience.

General Question I started tuition reimbursement last year in August. I since have an interview with another job that is paying a lot more. You know how you apply to something not really thinking that job would call back? Should I get an offer, what do I do about tuition Reimbursement? Do they send a check and tell me to pay it? Do they take it out of my 401k? I know a lot of people will say I never shouldve applied but I didn't think too much about actually get a call back when I applied.

I have an interview for a Principal Renewals Manager role at Slack/Salesforce this Wednesday and I was hoping for some advice on how I can wow them? Ive done a lot of research and made loads of notes but get very nervous in interviews and dont always articulate how I would want to / say everything I want to cover. How should I go about applying as a generalist Associate to McKinsey's TMT practice as an experienced hire? Current SW tech lead at Square looking to switch into consulting but in TMT only.

McKinsey 🐠: how much did you practice before your case interviews? (i.e. how many weeks / months in advance, how many hours per week, etc?) any tips on most effective ways to prep as an experienced hire coming in at the associate level? (No MBA or finance background so may need some extra prep to learn key concepts / terms)
