It is based on h1 2024 review
I think no as H1 will be paid in Oct.
No, your payroll should be active for H1 2024 variable pay as you are leaving in August so you won't get anything
So when you leave, even in the best case you leave around 4 months of bonus with company.
Update from HR - I won't be getting H1 bonus as they follow Apr to sep for H1. My point was if they follow H1 jan to jun for appraisal then bonus should be based on that only. 2 different cycle creates confusion and people misses their variable pay anyhow
