I had attended day 1 induction of a company and filled the epf form n all, on same day evening I recieved another job offer which was better and I joined that company the next day , and mailed the company where I joined previously that I will not continue.

In this case will it create a new PF or will show in my work history?? I don't want this 1 day shows in my work history.. please give suggestions..

Hi all, my H1B got approved today and I am waiting on the actual physical notice. In parallel I have a L2 EAD extension request in process. My H1B is valid from oct 1 only. Can I withdraw my L2 tomorrow? Is it okie if I am out of status for nine days? I am worried that the L2 will get approved. If it does get approved, what do I do?

I’m working a internal consulting type of cost engineer role and is seems like a good position to gain skills in that could apply to becoming a PM in the future. I have also worked in design engineering and engineering analysis roles. Have a BS in mechanical engineering and a MS in Data Analytics Engineering.
