Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.

How do you stay motivated day-to-day when the work gets boring? I'm a first-year associate who was assigned a long-term project with no deadlines. I'm struggling to bill 8 hours/day on this incredibly repetitive project.

I mean I just cracked the interview to join KGS. And now again why do I need to attend interview? I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.

There was no documents section under my profile in tcs I begin portal. One of HR confirmed that they are creating new EP id for me
