I think the way Wipro and Tech M are revoking offers due to recession this is a trick of TCS to start firing people

No this is not the case for sure....if background came negative every comoany will ask for more document if candidate is genuine he must have all the valid proofs of tds.

like

first question why these documents are not with you.? If you are working in PWC then they must share the form 16 and you can get the pf passbook from epfo.. what is the issue in providing these to them?

like

Then you can talk to hr about that they didnlt provided pf. Then hr will ask you for bank statement for that company you need to provide that

How

like

What exact documents they are asking for?? And why you dont have them??

They must be asking for previous year form 16 and ITR you have filed till now. That will confirm your job legalization.

Tax documents? Is it IT returns?

In your paper period.BGC people are not called you and asked doubtful things about you.

You can get your last AY form no 26 from your last employer, I hope there must be an alumni portal or directly connect with HR. Submit that and PF docs with TCS for further verification, don't worry, it would be sorted out. Good luck🤞

Connect with your previous employer they should help you with form 16 and way to get PF detail, I guess even the PF number would help them.

Accenture strategy folks.. can someone confirm if work from home is about to end?

Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.

So here are my questions.

How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.

When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.

Thanks in advance!

Is this true?Wanted to confirm from someone who are working with Synechron.

I’m a first year associate (almost second year). I work at a national firm and I’m not a litigator. When I started with the firm, I was told I could work out of any office. Long story short, I regret choosing the office that I chose. I’d like to transfer to another office - is that a difficult ask? I’m licensed in the state I’d like to transfer to. I don’t know how to make this request.

Hello Fishes,

Any idea when we get relieving letter/service certificate from TCS?

My LWD was 16th September and I received FNF 10 days before. Also got initial release letter on my LWD.

I see so many issues in this organisation.
When I joined TCS after 5 days of joining they used to mail me every week for 5 continuous weeks and asked me every time for previous organisation relieving letter.
But they themselves don’t share it and delay a lot.

Anyone please advise.
