Hello Team, I've joined ford recently as SG7 (lead - mentioned in offer letter). However in payslip / HCM org chart, I can see my designation as "Analyst - Domain name" instead of Lead. Is this common and will it also affect while switching company as it is getting reflected as Analyst instead of Lead?

It will matter in your case, as 'Analyst' is usually 2nd to entry level role in industry. And whoever is saying it doesn't matter blanket, they don't know a shit.

Btw before all this did you check with your manager and the HR team of this is a mistake? I have seen cases where the adp portal had to correct details.
