Ideally you hire the person most qualified, but you increase diversity into the start of the funnel if it’s lacking in your hires.
Diversity hiring isn’t a tool, it’s a strategy that starts with examine your entire hiring process to identify unconscious bias. Then intentional diversity hiring is what’s needed. This is a company-wide approach versus something that is isolated to diversity sourcing by TA.
We don't have authentic true diversity sourcing or recruitment platforms we use. We plan on looking into it.
