Made it to the on-site round for a Sales S&O interview. However, both of the interviewers are Managing Directors of Sales. I thought they would be other S&O managers. After 2 years of a pandemic and working independently for many years, I am not feeling interviews AT ALL. There are points in the interview where I want to just say "Look! Either hire me or don't".

How can I get over this feeling? I'm over the whole "stand in the line of fire to prove how good I am" bs. Any recommendations for getting over this or possible industries to pivot into to avoid bs interview processes and ghosting?

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I’d basically be laterally for my current salary just to bill 400 more hours. I also wasn’t aware that the local office was strictly ID. Firm website advertises lots of practice areas. Any advice? How much time it takes to get call for HR round after having managerial round of UBS ?

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.

Initially I asked HR not to release the offer letter. Only received the salary breakup. It has been more than 1 week since I asked not to release the offer letter. Can I ask again for releasing the offer letter? Or I will need to wait for another 6 months to apply ?
