What are the pay levels for a Senior Consultant or equivalent positions across different management consulting firms in India?
(We join as Consultants in Deloitte post Bschool, and it takes 2-4 years to get promoted to an SC)

I can start. For most people, Deloitte USI pays 25 - 34 LPA (Fixed) + 10% variable

What do you guys think about blue suits (not quite navy) being used as a normal suit for work, interviews, etc? I may just be colour blind but I feel like most navy’s are just too close to black

I got an offer from Deloitte and they have started my H1B transfer. In the meantime I got an interview call from Google (Which I would prefer over Deloitte). Can I continue interviewing while H1B transfer is in progress? If I get the second offer (Which is a big IF) can I so no to Deloitte at that point after the H1B is approved?

I'm currently in a process for senior associate at a Big4. The process began on July, yet between the first and second interview it took like 3-4 weeks. And between the 2nd and 3rd like 7 weeks. I sent an email to HR during those weeks asking for an update and didn't have an answer. Then it a 3rd one was scheduled three times (the manager didn't connect to the first 2) and next week I have the last interview with 1 partner. Is the timing normal? Or were they looking for other candidates or what?

Had an interview for an associate position at Citi. Interviewee was based in London and I’m in NYC. The only interview time that worked was 6am. I was barely functioning and feel like I truly messed up in my answers because I couldn’t not think clearly. I have another with the head of the division next week again at 6am (pre determined before this interview). It was also hard because the division’s core work is private enough that there was not much prep I could do beforehand. Tips?

They have already given the offer to someone else, but they still want to bring me on board and they asked me what I would like to do. I feel like I was straight up lied to during the interview process. “lots of opportunities to hit quota”. I’m sitting here with only one demo two months after joining the company. it looks like our team has only two people doing demos, and demos are only happening once every two weeks. At this rate, I don’t think I’ll be even close to hitting OTE. Are there any other companies hiring right now? I’ll have a discussion about my concerns with my manager soon, but there’s too many red flags here.

Anyone feel frustrated at times with the super aggressive sales personalities we deal with? My AE is always pushing on every ask no matter how minuscule it is. My vp is super anal about anything we do. I understand these guys pull in huge commissions and bonuses that’s why they are so motivated. However what I personally feel is they just nag us until we do the job according to their spec. Just venting……anyone else feel the same?
