How long ZS Associates in London take to revert with their final decisions once all the interviews are concluded?

I had 6 rounds of interviews with ZSers of different seniorities for an Associate Consultant position. However, its been three weeks since my final interview and there is no word from the HR. I have sent the team two follow-ups but there is no reply.

Does anyone here know if, a) this is normal, b) why they are taking so much time, and c) what this could mean for me?

TCS doesn't allow thier old employees including subsidiary companies for rehire

After my HR round today, Hr called up and said that will move forward with the offer but approvals with higher management might take some time as there is a hiring freeze.
Do you think offer will be released? And how much time these approvals take ?

She mentioned at the end that they are definitely going to offer as all feedbacks are positive.
But it all depends on the approvals.

Any specific and actionable advice on how to better articulate your experience in interviews? I feel like I have been working on projects that are above my pay grade and my job descriptions (which my Manager also validated) but I have a hard time when it comes to selling myself in interviews. Any tips/advice is appreciated!

I am an associate at an AM200 firm and was (IMO) very clear prior to accepting this role that I value work-life balance and wanted to try to keep work at night on the weekends to a minimal, but since February, it seems like it’s always something that requires my time as needed disregarding “business hours” or my personal schedule. Thoughts on whether to bring this up or continue to be a team player until I burn out and pay off my student loans?

Does it matter if I don’t meet the specific job requirements when transferring H1B? The job posted requires CPA license but I haven’t got it. The employer is still willing to hire me. I know for PERM process, meeting minimum requirements is important but not sure if H1B have such requirement. I heard that for H1B as long as it’s a position requiring bachelors degree and specifically occupation that should be fine. But kinda worried about this.

I’ve been in my current position (Bookkeeper) for 4 years now. I’m highly interested in taking the PHR, and I’m wondering if I would qualify for the 4 year HR professional job requirement to be eligible to test for the certificate. I work for a small business, therefore I do all the on boarding paperwork/payroll. Any advice is appreciated.

Thoughts on “special” salary grades. I just found out the VP I was offered is not a grade 12 like most comparable roles (verified). Also not an 11, but an 11A. Slightly higher than an 11, a good bit lower than a 12. All due to the fact that it’s a leap from my current position. Why should that matter…..shouldn’t it pay what it should pay if I am selected, rather that curving down towards my current rate?

Been searching for work for about 2 months now, and I can’t tell what companies are looking for anymore. I have 2+ years as an AE full cycle. And I get rejected left and right. My resume is up to date, I’m applying non stop, what else can I do?

I am considering an offer for an AE role (UK-LDN) where the base is £42k & OTE is £70k. The Regional GM has verbally promised to move it up to £50k base if I perform well during the probationary period, but I can’t have it in writing on the contract. I’ve tried to counter offer but they said I’m currently maxing the salary band (L4). This role is exciting as I’d be the first UK employee, doing the full sales cycle & more but I had the same base and ote as an SDR. Is it too low? Do I take it?

With each passing year I am finding an ever shrinking population of students, including honors students, who actually read beyond what is posted in social media or video games.
