With 25 years in ERP (SAP Banking) and FinTech product delivery, I’ve led globally across Agile and waterfall, holding 10 Agile certifications. So I recently accepted a 12 month contract-hire position at a much larger company. Pay is more than 50% of my salary, and benefits/401k is covered by the recruiting agency. I was confident in my now manager, who told me directly this will become a permanent role. However, i’m nervous about where the economy is going to be within the next year, and after getting a few linked in messages to interview for full time positions, I’m starting to second guess myself. Thoughts? Advice?

I am done with the multiple rounds of technical interviews in PWC AC and HR confirmed that the feedback is positive and they are working on next process.
Its been one week I haven't received any communication on that. When I called HR, she told that background check team will reach out to me over email or call in some days.

Can anyone suggest if I should hope for the offer letter in this case from PWC AC or not.

I interviewed for an employed role and knocked my business plan pitch out the park, but could tell I disappointed them with my technical. By my own admission I’m lacking in this area as only have 1.5 years experience with a poor manager who only had me focus on biz dev.

They asked me what my salary expectations are but had already hinted my experience would knock me down a pay grade.

After 2 weeks they said Role no longer available. It was L5 supply chain role. This happened in April. Can I apply again in Amazon? I joined a company 3 months ago, does it look bad in CV to leave again in 3 months? I hv a 6 month gap in career in 2019 due to lay off (covid). total exp 9 yrs. SCM exp 6 yrs.
