HELP ASAP sign on bonus

Sign on bonus for kpmg you have to work for a year to be able to keep it. I want to quit bc I got an amazing offer but I’m close to getting my one year in and keeping the bonus. If my 1 year is sept 1 for example, can I put my two weeks in on aug 15 and still keep it or do I have to quit sept 1 and then work out the two weeks

I have received offer letter from Optum Global Solutions India recently and I am seriously considering joining it(I also have offers from Deloitte USI and Verizon).
My breakup annexure mentions 4 components apart from RRP and PF. Basic, HRA, Flexi, Special Allowance. Either the Special Allowance or the Flexi is not included in the CTC mentioned in offer letter. So I want to understand how the Flexi and Special Allowance are paid monthly. Can someone please help?

Hi all, negotiating with HR on salary for a new AS position and want to know what’s fair. I was an AE for two years, took a promotion at another agency for SAE for only 8 months and am now being recruited for AS at 80k. All of my agencies have been large, I’ve worked on pharma and a large global account, I also started “managing” at the AE level due to my team’s structure. Is $80k fair? Thanks!

Stub here with 3 months in. I work in litigation for a AM100 regional office. No issues with hours yet (45% over target) but just learned a 2nd and 3rd year missed their hours goal this year. Joining competitor, boss was shocked and didn't expect to lose me to competitor. I stated reasons as step-up opportunity, project focus, pay but boss is not convinced. Competitor has similar branding, more niche focus. Getting promoted to one level up is the key reason for me.
