i’m on the board for a local chapter and ppl work from home all the time. for all the meaningful work you will do in this role, you DESERVE wfh. I think your best bet is to approach it as a “trial” wfo phase and allude to adjusting that based on need
I started out like you. Be sure to stay organized. Needless to say, you have to be intelligent, independent, quick paced, and confident when doing this job. On top of that the job is competitive. Good luck!
It’s all in the confidence - think of it like a business transaction. They want what you have, and will try to get it for the least amount of money and effort - being under confident makes this easy for them. Knowing your worth is visible, and when they see that you know your worth they’re more willing to go with your terms.
I agree with this. Be confident in your resume and abilities. They wouldn't be interviewing you if you weren't qualified. Best of luck to you!
You have been pre-selected which means you have the qualifications. Prepare by conditioning yourself through getting enough rest or sleep. Market your skills and put emphasis on them. Show them that you are what they are looking for so they better heed to your requests. Lol. I'm just kidding, just ask them nicely about it and promise them that you can deliver better results working in an environment you are comfortable with.
