Recently moved into Tech Sales. Frustrated with my Salary (32K base/year, negligible bonus potential of a few K). I have been at my company for 3.5 years. One year ago (2.5 years into my employment with them) they re-leveled everyone and I was bumped to an entry level position on the terms that they changed my job title when they re-leveled, so “technically” I am at the early stages of my new title.
