Ignore it. Find a different project. Less stress. Less problems.
Report it to management informally and formally. Depending on their reaction and action, you will know it it’s an organization/management team worth working for or not.
If nothing you say is ever right due to race, tell them the wrong thing. Then when they disagree, you get what you wanted in the first place. Ask not what you can do for gaslighting, but what gaslighting can do for you
