In Epam it's hard to get a project also their client interview is too tough
One of my friend left NatWest to join EPAM but then the project didn’t work out so they were made redundant there… I would recommend join epam for better pay but be prepared with a backup plan if such situation arise for you… if you have enough run way you can give Epam a try and try to strategise on how to get client can offer you permanent role at their end. This will need a proper planned through approach on how to create good impact there so that they are willing to offer you a permanent role.
All the best.
Some of my friends recently get fired from EPAM, don't join EPAM, they started hire and fire policy.
Even though EPAM offer sounds good, for long term job security and work life balance I would say Natwest
