I would go with Stripe.

Take Meta - refreshers at IC6 should be around 200K per year if you meet expectations. I’d take Google or OpenAI over both if you get it later though.

like

Meta. And keep going with your other interviews.

Stripe for consistency and less drama, potentially less stress

Congratulations you must interview well 🙏

Bro you a legend for pulling this off!! I work for BMO in Toronto, Canada and they barely pay 120k in TC despite a Masters and 10 years of experience.

My recommendation, go with Meta. The higher the money you collect, the earlier you can buy a house. At least you won't end up surviving on relatives or having to move to Philippines because you can't afford rent in old age.

Nah, this didn't happen.

I'm a Canadian on the TN visa working in the US and planning on maxing my Roth IRA (6k) and will have enough left to max my 401k this year, but am not sure if I should just use a taxable account over 401k due to tax considerations when I move back to Canada (likely 1-2 years from now). Any thoughts here? I don't think I'll have enough RRSP room to move 401k>IRA>RRSP and I would prefer to not have to file US taxes every year in retirement for withdrawls if I left the 401k in the US.

Hi guys,

I switched 20 days back to Optum. I have 7 years of experience working as a full stack Engineer, who is passionate working on both front end and back end on latest technologies. But my project is working only on back end with 10 years old tech stack. There is no front end work at all. What should I do?
I don't like working here at all, but I am not sure whether moving out again in a month will give bad Impression on my resume. Hence please give me advice on this situation

I have an interview with EY for Associate Product Manager position in Consulting. Any tips would be helpful. It’s first round and hopefully more after. Thank you for your help and suggestions.

I interviewed at Amazon for a PM role in Dec. 2020 and was ultimely rejected. I was told I have to wait a year to reapply. Fast forward to June 2022, another recruiter reaches out to me re: a PM role. I pass the screening interview, and move on to the virtual on site interview stage. I randomly get a call from the recruiter telling me there is now a TWO YEAR reapply policy in place so I'm not eligible to interview for any PM roles until Dec. 2022. Anyone ever heard of this policy? Seems strange

Currently pursuing a MBA, and am deciding which focus areas to take.
I am trying to pivot from UX design to product in tech.
Ideal sector: FinTech
Current sector: Mobile Gaming
Related sectors: Entertainment, Edutainment, e-Commerce, Social

Aiming at head of product or head of design as long term goal.

If only 2 focuses, would you pick Business Analytics, Digital Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Strategic Innovation, or Global Challenges in Business?
Advice appreciated!

So our CEO asked me and a colleague to give a Start/Stop/Continue Mid-year review of our CIO who’s been our Head of Product for a few months (Our Head of Product left because of him when that guy came in)

We have a lot to say and none of the PMs approves the way he operates.

My concern is that it’s meant to be transparent but if we’re honest and he gets called off, he will figure out it comes from us.

Never been in that situation before, is it better to be completely honest or a bad idea?
